How To Order

To place an order, simply print and complete the order form provided.  Submit the order form, with payment, to the Menomonee Falls HS PTSA either by dropping off in the high school office or by mail – MFHS PTSA, W142 N8101 Merrimac Dr., Menomonee Falls, WI 53051.  You may also email the form to mfhsspiritwear@gmail.com.  Payment will then be collected upon delivery.

In stock items will be filled immediately.  If an item is not in stock, we will contact you about placing an order.  You will be notified when orders are available for pick up at the high school office.  If you have any questions, please use the contact info provided on the order form or email mfhsspiritwear@gmail.com.  The PTSA accepts cash or checks only.  Make checks payable to MFHS PTSA.
